The main barn and the shed row barn
We are a private barn located about 1 1/2 miles north of Jesse Curtis Park in the Hartwood district of Stafford, VA. Our facility is located on 55 acres. We have a shedrow-style barn with 12 x 12 stalls with mats. We have nice sized (approx. 70' x 170') blue stone outdoor arena with jumps plus a blue stone round pen. We have large fields for turnout, a pond and an extensive trail network directly off the farm. The farm also grows its own hay, so we know the quality is consistent.
Full Board: Includes 2x day high quality grain, hay (when needed), water 24/7, 12 x 12 stall, turnout in a large field, worming, holding for vet and farrier (when you use our farrier) blanketing and fly masking and use of facilities and trails.
Rates as of 10/1/18:
Board is $400.00 per month for 12 x 12 stall in shed row barn
$420.00 per month for 12 x 16 stall in center aisle barn
We also offer board reductions if you allow us to use your suitable horse or pony in lessons. Your horse will never be over worked and as we do not offer weekend lessons, he or she will always be free for you and the ring will be empty. We might ask to do a show once a month and students will be supervised with your horse at all times. A great way to keep your horse fit during the week when you cannot ride.
The shed row barn features 12 x 12 stalls, with dutch doors on both sides of the barn. The back doors lead to a private paddock with rubber fencing. The barn is shaded in the afternoon allowing for cooling breezes. The stalls feature rubber mats, heated buckets in winter, fans in summer. There is a separate tack room for boarders so lesson students cannot "accidentally" use your property.
